The Story of Arizona Hikers Guide
As high school teachers and natives of Arizona, Casi and I have been fortunate enough to use our time off to hike much of the southwest. I thought it would be fun to start a blog to document our hikes with family and friends. We began sharing our experiences and for whatever reason it quickly became a popular way for others to enjoy the wilderness as much as we did. After a few years of blogging and hosting outdoor group events, we developed an overwhelming sense of pride and love for our community and our state. We also realized others we met felt the same way. We began to feel an obligation to do more to protect our lands and to give back to the areas that we had been freely enjoying.
And so Keep Nature Wild was born.
